As we celebrate the 4th of July, and as we sing
"God Bless America," let us be mindful of the need to be
filled with concern for blessings for ALL of the world. We give
thanks for the freedoms we enjoy and pray that we, as well as the entire
world, will come to appreciate the diversity of all God's people and
learn to respect other nations, and celebrate as united children of
God.
