Music Ministry / Choir


St. Gerald Liturgical Singers and Musicians provide music for liturgical celebrations each weekend. We invite you to join our efforts in praising God through the gift of music. If your love of music calls you to participate as an instrumentalist or song leader in a small ensemble or in our choir, your reward includes enrichment of liturgical celebrations as well as fellowship with other joy-filled, spirited parishioners. Your participation is encouraged and welcome. Weekly rehearsal is at 7:30pm on most Wednesday evenings at 96th & Q. Call Mary Clare Mendick at 331-4223 with questions or for more details.

St. Gerald Choir CDs - The choir has released three CDs which includes voices of our adult choir as well as a chorus of children's voices. They may be purchased after all weekend Masses at a cost of $10.00 or you can order a copy from the business office. It is our hope that our music will touch your heart and lift your spirit.

 NEW!  The newest choir CD "Sing all the way to Heaven" was made available for the first time after the weekend masses on June 11/12, 2005! The CD is inspired by the promise of healing and light which is our quest. We are called to celebrate the wonders of music as we encounter all stages of life. So we celebrate this collection of hopeful songs as we share the journey of faith with our families, with each other, and with our parish family.
