Volunteer Help Needed
One volunteer is needed to call the Altar Servers on a weekly basis to remind them about serving at weekend Masses. One volunteer is needed to call HOPE sellers on a weekly basis. One or more volunteers are needed to take bulletins over to church each Friday.

Friends on Q Event Imagine rafting the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon with your grandchild or summer adventures on the Oregon coast with your grandchild. These are examples of the Elderhostel experience. On May 28 at 1:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall Friends on Q are sponsoring a talk about Elderhostel and its many offerings. Cost of members $0; non-members $1. Cake and ice cream served after the talk. For reservations or information call Ginny at 331-1425 or Norma at 884-6342.

St. Gerald Family Night Out Please enjoy dinner at Don & Millie's, 84th & Q, on Tuesday, May 6th, from 5-9pm with proceeds going to St. Gerald's Home and School Association. Friends on Q River Boat Ride For a spectacular view of Omaha's exciting new riverfront, join Friends on Q for a sightseeing cruise and buffet luncheon aboard the River City Star on Saturday, June 14. Board at Miller's Landing at 11:15 a.m. (From Abbott Drive, take a right at Gallup Drive and a left at Freedom Park Drive.) The cost is $25 and must be in by June 9. Make check payable to St. Gerald and send to the business office or put in the collection plate in an envelope marked FOQ.

Recycle for St. Gerald Reminder to all that you may bring your newspapers and any other paper to the big, yellow recycle bin in the Lakeview parking lot. We do get a monetary kick back from the recycled paper. Thank you to all who have been dropping off their paper.
